So what was the only thing that he requested on while his high fever caused him to not have any desire to eat but need to lay the day away? As he named it, "The Niko Special" and luckily for me, it really couldn't be any easier.
All you need to make two kid friendly smoothies (feel free to double or triple it depending on the number of sweet mouths you would like to serve):
- A Vitamix or blender
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt (or any flavor you fancy- my kids adore brown cow so much they typically serenade it)
- 1/4 cup each of frozen pineapple and frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water, depending on how thick your crew enjoys their smoothies
Throw those red beauties in... |
Add some happiness... |
Blend to pink perfection... |
